If I remember correctly, it should be behind the inner wheel liner on the drivers side behind the bumper. Just pull the drivers wheel and the liner is easily accessible.

Check fuse first. Then pull the radio and check power. If you have power at the plug, replace the radio. If the radio comes on(or still has a clock) and no sound, look for an amp fuse or replace the amp.

I am afraid it will cost less to replace then repair, If it still works you may be able to use the program buttons .

Sounds like your stock amp may have given out (aka defective). Did you spill any drinks in the car recently? Also, you can check the serious radio box. It should be located under the lift panel at the back of the vehicle. It's a little black box that says "Sirius" Hope this helps.
