Question about Microsoft Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse VSBX300008
I've had my mouse for less than two weeks. I am seeing a green light and a yellow light appear but the mouse does not reset and the cursor does not move.
I would suggest that having both receiver and mouse already syncronised, take battery off, look for a tiny thin button that protrudes where the receiver is placed at the bottom of mouse, hold it pressed down and release it simultaneously after putting back a new and fresh battery, this might make work cursor properly.
