Indesit W93 washing machine

well i put a load in half way through its cycle the program dial is just continously clicking .cant restart a program cant open to get the clothes out . cant drain it cant spin it how can i get the clothes out ?
I have a Maytag Frontload Neptune Model # MAH5500B washing machine which is about 5 years old. Washing, rinsing cyles work fine when it comes time to spin timer goes to 7 and then quickly goes to 0. It's like it misses the spinning cyle totally....therefor my clothes are still pretty wet. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!
