Make sure the top lid is closed tightly.

You don't find drivers as it's Bluetooth

You enable Bluetooth on your laptop and then pair the device.

There's no harm in keeping it on charge all the time. Unlike older rechargeables, newer Li-ion batteries don't need to be broken in by running them down and then recharging.

Can you add it via "Hardware and Sound?"

Click start, go to Control panel, Click hardware and sound. Under "Devices and Printers" there is the option to "add a device," Try adding it there.

go to the iphone shop buy a new charge.maybe the charge don't match the battery.

Have try to use another similar charger to charge it to see if it will charge? If you have and yet it did not charge, it means the charger is not the problem.

The problem is the the charging port, the charging port of your phone is bad that is why it is not charging, all you need do is to change the charging port of your phone and you will see that your phone will charge.

Replace the charging port and you will see that the phone will charge.

Have you try to use another charger to charge and it doesn't hold charge? if yes., no problem because it be that your charger is bad. But since it does not charge with another charger, it means the charging port is bad.

The problem with the phone is the charging port, the charging port of your phone is not charging the phone that is why it doesn't hold any charge,

All you need to do is to change the charging port of your phone and you will see that your phone will hold charge.
