Question about Lands Phones

Open Question

My incoming calls is bumping my current calls

Our problem is that the incoming calls always disconnect the current calls. So when we are talking on the phone, if someone else calls, the active call will disconnect and the new call will come through. How to change the setting so that the new call gets a busy signal and the current call does not get affected? We are using NEC 22-button phones. We use Aspire WebPro to change our phone system settings.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Can't receive incoming calls, make outgoing ones either.

Always start with taking the battery out. If it continues then you probably have a bad mic & need to have it replaced.

What do I buy to use 2line phone and separate fax?

You can buy a 2 line phone, but to use the fax/dsl line for voice, you will also need a line sharing device.

"The stick" is a good brand....

All it does is recognize if an incoming call is a fax or a voice call. If fax it would go to a fax port on the stick. If voice, it comes out the voice port which you can call on.

The same rules apply to this line....if something is using it, the next call will get busy......But now you could have the phone company "Hunt" your line 1 to line 2 (fax/dsl) if line 1 is busy.......hence...2 incoming lines....

Yes, I re-read the manual and it says (under Caller ID) to press the flash/program button to answer the new incoming call...I must have hit the pound key in error thinking I hit the flash button. I have yet to try this in real time, but will next time it arises and report if it does NOT work.
