Question about Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition

It looks like you have a virus or malware on your PC. The very title in the URL is highly indicative of this being the case and a search of incredibar shows it to be spyware. I'm no chrome expert but I would look for infection first and be very careful of using the internet because you may have acquired adware, malware and worse.
I use Norton 360 and Malwarebytes.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: uninstall sweetim.com
Open Control panel > Add or Remove Program > its will show all Installed Program on your Computer.
if sweetIM on the list,Click Remove and Done.
But if sweetIM not in the list :
1. Open Mozilla Firefox > Tools > Add-Ons > Extentions.
Now you can see SweetIM on the List,Click REMOVE and Restart Firefox.
Automaticly sweetIM will Remove to from Google Chrome.
but if doesn't remove from google chrome :
2. Open Google Chrome > Type chrome://settings/extensions at the Address bar and then Click Enter.
Now you will see sweetIM on the List,Click REMOVE and Restart Google Chrome.
