Question about Philips Audio Players & Recorders
I have over 10 years experience in electronic tech support.
I know this isn't what you want to hear, but the problem you've described can't be fixed with troubleshooting. Your player will have to be repaired or exchanged. I'm not positive, but I believe your player has a one year warranty. You will need a copy of the purchase receipt to take advantage of the warranty.
