Siemens Speedstreem 4100 Modem Not Working

My Siemens Speedstreem 4100 modem is not working properly. It is 3 years old. It is working intermittantly so it cuts out once in awhile when using the internet. Can it be fixed? Could something else be interferring with it? If not, what is recommended to replace it for high speed DSL?

Try restarting the modem by either turning off the power button, or plugging out the modem power.
If the internet still frequently disconnects, it is most likely your ISP's (internet service provider) problem. Call them up with this issue, and they should either re-activate your internet for you, or give you a replacement modem for free.
