We just installed it and it leaks around the bottom of the door. We had to shift it waaay out of level to stop the leaking even with a full rack. Is there a way to adjust the water level?

- It is a new unit and it appears to be leaking at the lower corners because the level is rising (or because of the turbulence within the washer. It doesn't appear to be something related to the jets hitting the area.
I would have to lean it pretty far back to stop leaking.
When it fills, it turns on the wash arms. Is there a detailed description somewhere about which functions should operate when?
No. The water level is controlled by two probes inside the back RH corner of the tank. Level the unit with the smallest tilt backwards.
I would closely look at the wash (and rinse arms if equipped). Make sure there is no missing plugs (depends on how old unit is if plugs are used), and that there is no debris inside the wash arm. Debris will cause the water to spray off-line and hit the door seam directly.
