Video picture is not clear on webcam.

Most web cams have a short focal range, (Nearest to furthest focused content), and have a front lens that turns like a dial so you can choose where you want your camera to focus.

Try Twisiting the housing or ring around the front lens, if it turns then turn it while viewing the image on the computer to set the focus where you like.

Also make shure there are NO smudges on the lens, it's small so even the tinyest smudge or spec is huge on the screen.
