Question about Brother HL 5140 Laser Printer
Our school has a Brother HL5140 laser printer. I was in the middle of a project when the yellow toner light and red status light came on. I thought it would be something as easy as adding new toner, but that's not the case. I sent back one new toner thinking maybe that was defective, but the second new toner made no difference. I've wasted hours putting the toner cartridge in and out of the machine, cleaning the wire, etc. (carefully following the steps recommended with the toner). Our computer teacher couldn't get it working. It will be time to print the children's report cards. Please help!
Are you using brother gen toners?
