Forwarding on conditional, means that calls can be forwarded to a different number (or voicemail) on certain conditions.
These could be, unanswered, unobtainable or busy.
Normally you would have this set to forward to voicemail if you are unreachable, or unanswered.
But you can forward ALL calls to a different number if you wish.
Please note that different phone providers can charge for this feature.
i.e. forwarding a call to your home number, they may charge you for forwarding.
You may have been hacked. Forget about customer service, start a new address and notify all your friends of the change. Good idea to weed them all out every once in awhile anyways

Hi Lorna, I hope you could provide the actual error message that you’re getting, model of your zoom modem and, internet provider so I could give a few tips that you could try; however if you prefer it via phone, you can perhaps call your internet provider to check if your settings are correct or for full assistance not just with the modem but with your pc as well (in case it is the one causing the problem) I've heard of a free phone support that you can try although, its available for US customer's only. I think its by "suptrix" or something like that, anyway here is their number 1-877-787-8749 and use the promo code "supportcall", hope this helps.
