found this online- haven't tried yet though--
How do you change a headlight bulb on a 2003 Toyota Celica GT? Under the plastic covering the headlight there is a lot of fog and condensation and I want to clean it off, so how do I take off the plastic that covers the headlight?
already on the front cover
The way to open that
1. There is four screws at the back of
the headlights and unscrew them
2. Pull the headlight and dry it
by wiping or heat of the sun or
anything that can release the fog
3. Buy silicon and seal the headlight
gap with silicon and let it dry for a hour
This will help kept away fog
and condensation for sure

Get an electrician to measure voltage where the light is plugged in. It sounds like you have too high a voltage.

1 Turn off the projector and unplug the power cord. 2 Wait 60 minutes to allow the projector to cool thoroughly. 3 Turn the projector upside down on a soft cloth so that the lamp door is facing you. 4 Slide the lamp door off. The lamp housing is designed to contain these fragments, but use caution when removing the lamp housing. Before replacing the lamp, clean the lamp compartment and dispose of cleaning materials. Wash hands after lamp replacement. Hg ? Lamp contains mercury. Manage in accordance with local disposal laws. 5 Detach the lamp connector from the projector by depressing the locking tab on the connector and lightly pulling it free. 6 Loosen the captive screw that attaches the lamp housing to the projector.Carefully remove the lamp housing. Dispose of the lamp in an environmentally proper manner. 7 Install the new lamp housing and tighten the screw. 8 Re-attach the lamp connector to the projector. The locking tab should engage when the connector is fully plugged in. 9 Replace the lamp door by sliding it into place. It's not too bad to replace just the bulb but rather more difficult to find just the bulb on it's own. The guys at lumenarc.co.uk should be able to give you just the bulb. As a start, you might want to have a look at this video:

With the overhead console ( non rail system ), open the sun glass bin, and grab each corner in the back, and pull down.
The overhead is held on with 4 or 6 spring clips, and pulls straight down.
The bulbs are 1/4 twist sockets installed from the back of the overhead console.
