Install new drive belts and mower still wont move forward or reverse.

Belts dont move mower back and forth, there is a bar that engage the hidrolic transfer, perhaps you move it and you have not tracking power, or, there are a series of rods that actuate the hidrolic, coud be that any of those rods came undone, if any of these to scenarios is happening to you, consider have the hidrolics chec out.
Good luck to you.

These atv's are belt driven. If you remove the right side crankcase cover you will see the drive belt as well as the primary and secondary sheaves. When you accelerate, there are weights in the sheave that move making the sheave grip the belt and give it traction. When this happens your drivetrain is powered. Sounds like you either have a worn belt, worn sheaves, or need to service sheave (usually just a good cleaning and re-grease the weights). The easiest thing to do is remove the cover and power the ATV and you can witness the belt engaging with the sheaves and probably will be able to diagnosis from there.

1996 Cherokee serpentine belt no moving.

Sounds like you have something locked up.

Take a picture/draw a diagram of serpetine belt routing.

Remove the belt, then try turning each individual item the belt powers to see which one is locked up.

I'd start with the AC Compressor first, then alternator, the belt tensioner, power steering pump, and whatever else is powered by the belt.

I can change the serptine belt but i wanna know how do i take out the small belt right next to it,because I dont see a tentioner for that small belt.1998 dodge caravan.

Good day
it sounds like the power streeing pump belt, all you have to do is loose the pivot bolt and then loosen the adjustment bolt and you will be able to move the pump to remove the belt. If you don't know what the pivot or adjustment bolts are look at the pump and you will see bolts just loosen those until the pump moves

hope this helps

Cheers.

Belt and auto-tensioner

While installing a used belt just to get the truck home, I discovered that the pulley-bushing on the power steering pump was worn. This allows the pulley to move fore and aft, thus throwing the belt occasionally. What I learned from all of this can be catagorized as very basic troubleshooting. If you lose a belt that looks to be in good shape, then before you replace that belt, check all of your pullies and devices(water pump, alternator, power steering pump, AC, etc.). Look for pullies that can move or wiggle. And, look for lose or missing mounting bolts on the various devices. A loose or missing bolt may allow that device to become cocked at a slight angle, instead of remaining straight and true, thus throwing the belt.
