Question about Brother MFC-5840CN All-In-One InkJet Printer
I've put in a new ink cartridge in my printer (Brother) MFC 240), yet the printer still won't print.
If you go to Start > Printers
Find your printer and check the status.
Is the printer slightly greyd out? Also right click on the printer and check to see what the status is.. double click on your printer and at the top left of the window you will see the status. If it is offline click printer from the menu bar and select Connect.
