For some reason about an hour ago my Words with Friends game stopped working on my iPad. Can you help?

Hi Tina,
The problem could be a crashed or hung application. Depending on which version of iOS your running what you might want to try first is to see if the game is still running in the background;

Double click the bottom button on your iPad
Then you will see all the applications which are open
Close all applications just to be safe

Then try your game again.

If it still fails then after doing this turn the iPad off completely.
You do this by;

Pushing the power button (top right of the iPad) for 10 seconds
then slide the slider to Power Off. Let it shut down completely. After about 60 seconds turn the iPad and try your game again and see if it works.

If this still fails, you may have to check if the App Developer has released a newer version. But likely the previous solutions should resolve your problem.
