I use my machine at least once per week if not daily and I have been experiencing the same problem for 4 months. the machine just stops working. the screen looks on but when pushing the pedal, it doesn't work. Sometimes a reboot makes it work but lately even that isn't working. My dealer has replaced the mother board 3 times and it seems to work for a while then just freezes up again. Bernina has not been responsive (my dealer has been). Tonight I bring it back again.

Thanks for ideas about Artista 200 freezing up on me. Do we know what the warranty is supposed to be? Have you appealed to the warranty? how did you do it? was it successful?

Ask them to replace the I/O print and make sure its upgraded to the latest firmware, also have them check or replace the motor depending on when you bought your machine these could be under warranty.
