Question about Sony Ericsson Z520i Cellular Phone
I have a problem with my wifes Sony Ericsson - Z520i phone and wonder if anyone can advice.
At the moment there appears to be a loose connection, i can get the phone on if i hold the phone slightly open in the right position, and then only four keys in the bottom right light up, if i fiddle about abit then the whole phone will come on, but if you move the phone more closed, or more open it will turn itself off.
I have taken it appart once, but im not sure what to look for, there is nothing obviously wrong with it.
I guess something is loose, or warn. Any idea what i need to do?

Yes my phone had the same problem. One day the phone just started turning off by itself. I havnt quite figured it out yet, but i think its the batter (duh). Well if i take the battery out and put it back in, it seems to fiz the problem (for a few days). I will probably end up taking it to ATT and requesting a new one. You shoudl do that too.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
