Question about Kodak EASYSHARE 5300 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Just got off the phone with India kodak, had to argue with the morons on the phone for 20 minutes, get this we bought a Camera,docking station and printer plus about $300.00 worth of ink and paper and they don't have us in there system. WE DON'T EXIST as far as KODAK is concerned, all items were purchased directly from kodak.
anyways the people on the phone are from India and instead of thinking you have a brain they talk to you like your retarded. The one even insisted I take the printer back to Wal-Mart. I told him I did not purchase it at Wal-Mart.
Then he said they could send me a new printer head but no ink, even though one you get an error code with an ink cartridge you cannot use it again. finally after finally getting a floor supervisor on the phone and explaining the problem to someone that actually speaks English he agreed to send me a printer head and 2 ink cartridges. there is a problem with these printers and they know it, but it's there job to argue and fight you tooth and nail before they give up anything
Time for Kodak to fix the problem
I will never buy anything from KODAK AGAIN and after spending over $1500.00 they can kiss it
