You have to check the 24vdc power supply to see if it is putting out the voltage or the backlight inverter board has failed. Disconnect the inverter board and see if the 24vdc come back.

no, this is the t-con board, some panels have the inverter built in to the panel and some have the inverter as part of the power supply board. if you see two pairs of wires with extra clear plastic sheathing comming off the power supply, then the inverters are part of the power supply board. most likely the culpret. if this does not fix it, then one or more of the lamps in the panel are shorted keeping the rest from lighting. if that is the case, you are screwed...the lamps cant be replaced,the entire panel has to be replaced.
