This is not a North American machine where the website is based, India? Philippines? There is a repairer in Mumbai.

You can get your clothes out this way. Remove the drain hose and lower it into a bucket. The water will drain by gravity. When the water stops, turn off the power and the door lock should release.

There may be something in the pump jamming it, or the pump may have failed. The machine has a history of problems.

I am guessing that it is the agitator that you are talking about? If so, these are usually splined underneath and fit onto grooves on the "agitator shaft" which comes out of the direct drive motor or the gearbox. If the agitator has stripped off its splines, it will not drive. Look down the middle of the agitator, you should see a screw or bolt which holds it in place. Sometimes you will need a very long screwdriver or nutdriver to reach it, undo the screw / nut and you should be able to pull the agitator out. The only course of action will be is to buy a new one from a Panasonic parts dealer or local appliance parts store.

Check your Magnet coil, its the problem. it might be short curcited due to water.
