My central want come on inside or out dont even buss

Check all the circuit breakers first. Next, move the fan switch at the thermostat from auto to run. If the unit has power the fan should run. If it doesn't then start by checking the 24vac transformer. Let me know what you find.

Goodman Air (outside unit)

was there any refrigerant loss? "bumping" that results in movng usualy causes a leak.If the system is totally empty, It shouldn't start.. If it did major oh nos! will appear. Does it not start all? and was it running when it got thumped? May have to call a tech out on it. Sorry.

No air blowing inside the house thru vents;starts fine than stops

You are likely low on charge and the unit is freezing up. You need some with gauges to check. You should not try to run this unit until then or it will burn out the compressor.

Brand new unit have 3 ton inside and out but unit runs all day and will not hold temp i run my ac on 76 but as the day get hot the temp inside will not hold at 76 ARS says they dont know whats wrong but...

call them back something is wrong if it is that new it is likely under charged. how big is your house square feet and what part of the country down south 400 square feet per ton if your house is more than 1250 square feet the unit is under sized since it is new did some body do a load calculation on the house if ya bought from a reputable dealer and you are getting no help call the manufacture. or the better business in your area good luck. My ranai tankless heater is not working

Check the electrical supply to the unit but my guess would be an issue with the water flow sensor.

This is my first central heating and cooling unit the heat will come on and heat the house but the big fan inside the unit is not running like it did when we would run the ac is this normal

I assume you are reffering to the compressor outside not running. If so this is for A/C only. In fact once the cold is here to stay you should shut off the compressor "breaker" (located either outide next to unit or in fuse panel) and get a good quality cover for winter. This will keep the leaves and snow out of the unit. Just dont forget to take it off in the summer before you run the A/C or you will damage the system.
