Red objects come out pink when printed - Canon Powershot Sx150 Is 14.1 Mp black 16gb Kit 5664b001 Sx-150

Your magenta toner cartridge or magenta print cartridge is leaking ...you should replace it (magenta is the red one).

If red was printing in pink, I'd say to replace your cartridge.
Make sure all of your drivers are up to date and that your monitor is color corrected for that printer. If that doesn't work, read the user's manual on how to calibrate your color. That should do the trick. If all else fails, you will have to replace your printer.

Seen this many times. Its because you are using recycled drums and/or toner. With the genuine items you will find the magenta will be more red than pink.

If you have tried a printhead clean then your printhead is faulty, email [email protected] and tell them about it. They will be able to send you a new one.

Do you get other colours except pink?
If that is the case,reasons could be:
1. there is not enough RED or BLUE in the cartridge.
2. you haven't selected pink colour on the text or images you are trying to print.
If you are typing a document highlight the text you want in pink, and choose PINK color for the font.
Then print the document. The printer will use color closest to your choice, if it does not have the exact color.

seems ur color catridge is empty with some colors, go for refill or replace

I have seen this recently on an HP 4250 and the red toner cartridge was at fault. Can you replace it and try to print again?

the printer cartridges have the ink Blue (light blue), red (pink) and yellow (lime).I think your printer printing fine do not worry all the printer have same ink........If you have the problem with color on print outs :you this link ::
