Sounds like your battery may be at fault, or if you rely on the usb to charge, then maybe it's not charging it due to power settings on the pc.
Try charging from the mains without the player being turned on, for about 20-30 mins. Then turn on and if the problem is still there, then it's the battery.

I think the lock-switch on the side of your mp3 player is on, therefore, you cant turn it on. Hope this helps!

How do I download music from iTunes to my mp3 player?

HEYA

First of all open itunes

Link your MP3 player to your computer while the iTunes software is loaded on the computer. By itself, iTunes serves as an audio player for your computer. You can transfer audio files to your MP3 player using a USB cable which comes with most MP3 players. Your computer will prompt you to name your MP3 player, and an icon identifying it will appear down the left margin of iTunes.

Click on the MP3 file (the song), and drag it into the "Library" folder in iTunes. This folder will serve as the general place to store all the MP3s on your computer. From there, you can create new playlists to select specific songs, click on the "shuffle" option to have iTunes randomly select songs to be played through your computer, or play every song in order from the library.

Select the appropriate song or playlist, and click the "Play" button on iTunes to listen. Or drag the songs from iTunes into your MP3 player's icon in iTunes to copy the song into your MP3 player.

My media player wont open and everytime i try to listen to a song or watch a video it wont work. I can't even set the songs as ringtones. Can u help?

I work for AT&T and have seen this problem on a few BlackJack II's. The way to fix it is to do a master reset on the phone. This will allow it to play again...BE SURE TO BACK UP YOUR CONTACTS AND FILES BECAUSE THESE WILL BE DELETED!! Other than that, it will fix your problems!

You can reset your phone’s settings and clear all added
data from memory.
Resetting the Phone
1. On the Home screen, press the Start soft key
2. Select Settings > More… > Security > More… > Reset.
3. Enter the reset password and press the Done soft key. The default password is 0000.
4. Press the Yes soft key to confirm. The phone resets and reboots itself

My songs wont add onto my sandisk sansa mp3 player

What format are the songs you're not able to hear? It's possible that the songs are not in a format the Sansa can play.

Also, you can navigate your Sansa like a removable drive. Try going to "My Computer" and looking to see what's actually on the drive.

SONY NWD-B105 it says BOOT ERROR and it shut down

Hey,FRIEND!! I actually found out a solution regarding on the problem by myself, accidentally, lol. As you guys mentioned, everytime you try to play a song, the device automatically turned off itself. Now, i'll tell the trick behind. You may simply hold the "Play/Pause" button and don't let it go. At the mean time, try to select song by pressing "Next/Previous" button. The moment you select song, you let go the "Play/Pause" and hold it on again within a million second (that's mean you need to do it damn fast). Right now, you're listening your favourite song, but you can't just let your thumb keep pressing the "Play/Pause" button, right? Here is the "HOLD" button comes to work, you flip the "HOLD" button to activate it. TADA! You can let go your thumb and relax yourself with the songs playing. The battery will eventually dies out, nevermind though, you always can recharge it. Repeating these steps everytime you want to listen songs, my mp3 actually fixed on its own. I admit that it's still not the best solution it appears to be,but you guys should really try it out, you're not just going to give up your mp3 like that, agree? haha, all the best and good luck!
IT IS EFFECTIVE, PLS RATE IT, THANKS

I had this same problem. What I ended up doing was going into My Computer into the device itself and seeing what showed up. It appears a few new songs I popped on there the day after were appearing but nothing else. I deleted all the files, unplugged it from the computer and let the library update, old songs were still playing. Plugged it back into the machine and voila they showed up.

Device keeps shutting off by itself and won't synch

Make sure the songs are in the right format. Napster is a real bear about disappearing songs - try another music svc.
