Overflow during cycles

There is an adjustable water level sensor up in the electronics bank on many Whirlpool toploaders. It is usually metal, about 2 inches around and has a 3/8" diameter hose going down to the tub that senses air pressure as it fills. Try to back off the half inch screw in the center a little. Check on Google images to see if your machine has something that looks like this somewhat universal adjustable "water level sensor"
(use quotes around your search phrase).

The wash tub is overfilling with water

Number 10
Is yall's washer water level switch. It is connected to a tube comin up from the base of the tub.
That tubing must be clear and firmly attached to the switch so that air pressure from rising water can trip the water level switch. The switch has 3 wires. one common wire from source, a wire to the water valves and another to the motor. When pressure builds to desired setting power is shifted to motor and wash cycle begins. Water valve is shut down. You have a clogged tubing (sediment) or the tubing has fell off the switch. The switch also could be bad but that is RARE.

I HAVE REPAIRED THE RUBBER DRIVE COUPLING ON MY WHIRLPOOL 3LBR6132EQ TOP LOADER. WHILST REPAIRING IT A FLANGED PIN OF 10MM DIAMETER FELL OUT. THE WASHING MACHINE SEEMS TO HAVE VERY BAD VIBRATION IN SPIN...

The pin fell out of a catch cup used for transporting the washer when new. It is not important unless you put it some place it does not belong.

If you laid the washer down to do the repair you probably got the base plate out of alignment. Open the lid, reach inside and grab the wash tub. Pick it up as much as you can and shift it around. It will usually reseat the plate.
Also block the front of the washer with your foot and raise the rear of the washer off the floor. The self leveling legs should drop down. Let the back of the washer loose and it will settle in on the leveling legs.

This washer should be left in the upright position to change the drive coupling.

I have a Kenmore top loading washing machine model 92529110. My wife has been noticing that the tub leans toward the front causing the water to hit the back edge of the tub instead of running straight into...

The machine needs to be leveled. Unscrew the front legs until the machine is level. If there isn't enough screw, or if your floor is really uneven, put a board under the front legs. After you get the front level, lean the machine toward you, tilting it front, until the back feet are about 3 inches off the floor. Let the machine drop. This will set the back legs into position. They are self leveling.

Drips from center of front cover when filling at 3-4 inches

after carefully reading this, the leak is at the machines water valves, or from them to hose to tub.

The tub @ my Fisher&Paykel model #GWL-08-US1 is off balance

you can lift the top and get a closer l;ook, by opening lid and looking approx, 4 inches back along side rail, youll see a rubber plug, remove the plugs toreveal the screws hoding down the main top. after emoving screw lift the top back and you see the 4 suspension bars tha hold the machine, either one "popped" or the left front corner should have a sdpring attached form it to the tub( clips on to the red little bracket on side of outer tub). either of thesse swill fixyour problem
