In alot of cases like this after its been flooded a bunch the spark plug is fuel fowled and you need to replace and make sure air filter is clean. Also make sure you have good spark by holding wire to spark plug about a one fourth of an inch away from plug and try to start at same time but not to do this alot . Just enough to test and see if you get ark of juice between wire and plug. I would do this test with old plug first if you have spark install new plug. This type of equipment has a notorious on - off switch malfunction problems. Worst come to worst carb needs rebuilt or magnito is out. Good Luck !

Sounds like the float is stuck open. A few taps with a screwdriver handle on the fuel reservoir might fix the problem.

Probably not the crank sensor if it is firing.
You can disable the fuel pump and try to dry it out if you think it is flooded. Then find out why.

It starts easy and runs for about 10 minutes and cuts off. Have to wait 30-45 min. to restart with the same cutting off problem. Have always had a problem with restarting even when I shut it down on m

If your oil is too low or even a little bit low or if your machine is sitting on an incline, it will start and run until the oil is dispersed within the motor. Spreading the little amount of oil that is in there all around the inside of the motor would then reduce the amount of oil that is "sensed" by the "low-oil safety shutoff" switch, which would then shut down the engine. Its possible that your "low-oil sensor switch" is bad. You can test it by unplugging it. Just look for a wire that runs from your ignition switch or ignition coil to a sensor mounted on the engine block somewhere. Usually, it just unplugs right at the sensor. Simply unplug it and crank the engine and if it keeps running, then you know you have a bad switch (if you've topped off the oil, of course!).

Ridgid pressure washer motor runs choppy when choke is disengaged

The choke reduces the air flow into the carb. If you are having problems with the choke off, it means that not enough fuel is getting into the engine and it is running lean. When you choke it, the reduced air flow causes the mixture to be correct and it runs fine.

Ridgid mobil airpressure switch trouble

This condition will occur when the in-tank check valve is stuck open. Pressure from the tank increases load on the motor by flooding the pump with tank pressure not allowing motor to start thus reset opens. Easy test. Run compressor for one minute then unplug cord from wall. Remove hose at the check valve and test for leak with soapy water. If leaking remove valve and attempt cleaning or replace with generic valve. Cost about $20. Good luck.

The gun will fire but the plunger will not retract back up into the chamber.

This unit likely needs oiling +/or O-rings. See the link below and enter your model number to get a complete parts breakdown diagram. Focus on the o-rings for the main plunger assembly.

When you use the shop vac for cleaning up water you must remove the filter.

The filter is for dust particles not for water
I would replace your filter and dump the water out from the shop vac, Also after each time you vacuum up water dump it out of shop vac.

I hope this helped you happy new year!
