Your battery is dead. Replace it.
In the winter keep a smart trickle charger on the battery to prevent it from discharging. Lead/acid batteries lose 1% of their charge per day and are basically junk in 3 months. They have to be kept charged.

not a expert just trying to help,,sounds like the starter gear has gone out,, need to replace,, most of them have either pin to knock out,or a ring that has to be froced off .. hope this help
