Question about HP Designjet 110plus nr InkJet Printer
From behind the unit, unplug the power adapter. Now this may sound strange, but it may work as it has in the past.
Hold down the power button on the printer - yes the power adapter is still unplugged. Now plug in the power adapter and wait 8-10 seconds then release the power button. Now power up.
This is a Tech Trick I was fortunante to learn from HP & Canon years back.
Okay if you have no lights and the printer does not power up, check the power adapter to see if it is cold or hot. If it is hot or cold, I would say that the power adapter may need to be replaced.
But your printer may still be under warranty: Go online to www.hp.com and check the warranty status of your printer. You will need the Model Number, Serial Number, and purchase information.
