Although the yellow drum is indicated, in the link above, please note it may not be the yellow drum if instead it is the:"laser shutter or the plastic actuator on the right side of the front door."

'document.body' is null or not an object jquery.min.js, line 19 character 21254

This is a programmer's error on the website where you received this error - you may contact the website owners and tell them the error, and that should fix the problem.
The problem is not connected to your browser or operating system, so don't worry. Additionally, i recommend you to download the Internet Explorer 9. It may even. fix a lot of problems which you may seen before but didn't notice. Other than that, don't worry about that error

Says "error" and don't know

If the error light is flashing: Check the front door and the fuser door to be sure that they are closed. Also check for any jam including the duplex section. Make sure there is not a sensor flag stuck in the down position. This can indicate memory full, print overrun, size error DX or duplex disabled.

If the error light is not flashing: it can mean there is no paper in tray 1 or the machine may be asking for you to put paper in the multi purpose tray.

Is this the only light that is on?

Drain error still after making sure the washer was level, making sure the drain filter was clean, the drain was clear and replacing the pump motor assembly

LE error? Don't buy a new sensor, don't call a repairman and don't scrap it. The fix is EASY!

Turn the drum 4-5 times by hand to resettle the load, move spin speed to highest, Quick Wash, Speed Wash. It shoudl work just fine. I've had to do this a few times over the last 5 years. Why everyone wants you to BUY parts is beyond me....maybe they need to make some $$ ?
