Probable bad tuner or tuner circuit issue, repair or bypass.....
If you can direct signal to A / V inputs as you are doing with your
DVD, then no repair is necessary.....utilyze cable box or VCR
tuner to change channels.......................T.

Its not problem with any setting. Its an internal fault. Vertical scanning output stage has failed in your tv. You have to check the soldering of the vrtical output ic if there is any dry soldering this can happen. try to resoder all the points in the vrtical output stage. IF doesn't help then you have to change the vertical output ic. Have added the picture of the dry soldering point how it looks like. If you need further assistance feel free to contact throug FixYa.
