Question about Computers & Internet
I have tried all day to get on Cincinnati Bell home page and read some very important emails, It's 12am and still no luck. Cinti Bell is absolutely the worst. Cell phone & web site NEVER WORK. After 50 yrs our connection will be over soon. YOUR COMPANY IS THE WORST. I CAN NOT BELIEVE YOU HAVE NERVE ENOUGH TO SEND A BILL when your cell phones and zoomtown never work and quess what you do not care. YOU ARE THE WORST. MY FRIENDS LEFT YOU YEARS AGO AND LAUGH AT WHAT I GO THRU and STAY WITH YOU.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I was able to fix one of the problems I listed. If you need to increase the volume so you can hear the person on the other end of the line, you must do the following WHILE YOU ARE TALKING ON THE PHONE TO SOMEONE (otherwise this solution won't work). In the center of the phone right under the screen is a large black box with a silver frame that you typically use to get to your menus. While you are having a conversation with someone, push on the right side of the silver frame -- keep pushing and the volume will increase to the highest possible level. This fixes the problem of hearing people when you are talking to them.
It did not fix the the problem I'm having of not being able to hear the phone ring or hear alert tones for messages.
Still need to know if the font size can be enlarged and if the color scheme can be changed for more clarity.
Thanks a lot

I had the same problem in both Firefox and Internet Explorer. I discovered that the problem was caused by my Kaspersky Internet Security software.
Specifically, in the Content Filtering section I disabled the Banner Ad Blocker and the problem disappeared.

SOURCE: roaming doesnt work
Try typing *228, and send. Select option 2 -- updating your roaming capibilities. The phone will go through a sequence of unlocking and reprogramming...DO NOT SHUT THE PHONE OFF DURING THIS PROCESS. It only takes a couple of minutes...or less...and will notify you that the phone was successfully updated. I had a similar problem a couple of years ago, and this seemed to solve it. Good luck!!

SOURCE: The connection was reset
check for virus\spywares, clean all temp files on computer, reset ie security levels (control panel, internet options and choose security).
you can do this on safe mode, is more stable and powerful task.( user: administrator)
this is typical spyware infection and use a spyware remover like: spyboot or superantispyware (free use), you dont have any idea how many ip ports unprotected your windows have more.
