Sounds like a defrost problem. Remove food from freezer section, take the back wall out after removing shelves, and use a hair blower to melt off the ice and frost. Most likely you need to replace the defrost heater.

first you should check the termostate how much temp you keep.then if your compressor is working properly so check the refrigerant in system.it may be more chances lake of the refrigerant.oil increase in L.P side.you also should check the thermostate is proper working or not.chaces of low pumping in the comp.either door gasket likage or freezer door ofently open.
