Mystik - you need to have the phone firmware reflash....take it to a mobile service center and have it done there.

Both phones need to have the phone firmware reflash.

Wht should i do to conenct to internet

1. Uninstall or disable all Internet-sharing applications, proxy software and security software such as anti-virus programs or firewalls. Although every program is different, if you choose to uninstall one, you can typically do so by clicking "Start," "Control Panel" and "Add/Remove Software" and then selecting the software you wish to remove. Because Homeportal 1000 comes with its own versions of these programs, this step is essential to avoid conflicts.

2. Connect Homeportal's AC power adapter to the back of your router, and then plug it into a power outlet. The green power light should come on.

3. Connect the router to your
computer. If you're using Ethernet, connect the Ethernet cable to both the router and the Ethernet jack on the back of your computer. If you plan to use USB, follow the same procedure using the USB cable and ports, instead. For a wireless connection, ensure that your wireless card is correctly installed on your PC.

4. Connect the phone cable to the back of your router and then plug it into a phone jack. This will allow the Homeportal 1000 to receive DSL signals from the phone company.

5. Place the Homeportal 1000 installation CD into your CD drive and follow the on-screen instructions to install the necessary software and until finish installation.

We are now ready to browse a website.

Phone shut of and keeps repeating the load screen but wont turn on

If your phone freezes, hangs up unexpectedly, vibrates continuously ,touch screen wont respond or in other similar ways doesn't perform as it should, this can often be solved by performing a software update. Software may perform incorrectly for many reasons without there being a fault in the phone. Some problems may be fixed by re-updating your current software, while others may require installing a new software version.

To keep your phone performing at its best, it's a good idea to perform a software update regularly. You might not always notice what an update has done, but it can prevent future problems.

To update or reinstall the software please go to nearest authorized service centre of your mobile make and they will update or reinstall the software as required.

Note: Reinstalling the software will delete all the content in your phone like contacts, calendar entry etc.

Thank You

I tried to reset my bb by removing my battery and putting it back in, but it wont boot up, just flashes a red light. have tried to connect to pc, wont recognize. have tried resetting several times...

Hopefully you have sync'd the BB before this happened.

1) uninstalled DM4.7 (this also fixed the annoying virtual serial port issue)
2) deleted/uninstall the BB4.2 and BB4.5 versions previously installed onto the computer
3) downloaded and installed DM4.5,
4) installed BB4.5
5) removed the vendor.xml file
6) with the phone disconnected, put in the battery for a split second until the solid red LED shows, then connect the mini-usb cable to the phone and at the same time take the battery back out (this seemed to be the only way to make the PC 'detect' the phone)
7) run Application Loader, which detected my BB4.5, and updated the phone's OS/software/apps
8) near the end ,when the app loader says something like "connecting to phone" or something like that, put the battery -back- into the phone
9) this seemed to initiate the installation of the phone's core modules, a 10 minute process or so
10) after that you get the rotating hourglass thing on the phone's screen, and after waiting about 20 minutes or so, VOILA!!

How to reset blackberry7290 its pop up on the screen error reset 532 when i push the scroll before its operated im on the mood of exploring the phone i change the language from english i turn to portugues...

To resolve this issue, first perform a hard reset.
A hard reset involves physically removing the battery from the smartphone and then reinserting it. To perform a hard reset, complete the following steps:
1) Remove the battery cover from the back of the BlackBerry
2) Remove the battery, and then reinsert it after a few seconds.
3) Replace the battery cover.
If this does not resolve the issue, the BlackBerry® Device Software must be re-installed.
Before proceeding, make sure that the latest version of BlackBerry Device Software is installed on the desktop computer by completing the following steps:
To perform a clean installation of the BlackBerry Device Software using BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4.5 to 5.0, perform the following steps:
1) Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
2) Click Help
3) Select About Desktop Manager.
4) Click the Device Software tab.
5) Verify that the BlackBerry Device Software displayed is the latest
version currently available from the wireless service provider.
The following procedure will delete either all data, or all data and applications on the BlackBerry smartphone. Back up the BlackBerry smartphone data before proceeding.
1) Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer and open
BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
2) Double-click Application Loader.
3) Click Next to start the installation process.
4) Type your BlackBerry smartphone password, if prompted, and click
5) Select the check boxes next to the names of the applications to be
loaded, and then click Next.
6) Click Settings, and then select the check boxes beside Delete all
application data and Erase all currently installed applications.
7) Clear the check box next to Backup up device data automatically
during the installation process.
8) Click Ok > Next > Finish.
9) When the process has completed, the message The loading
operation was successful will appear. Click Close to return to
BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
To perform a clean installation of the BlackBerry Device Software using BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4.1 to 4.3, complete the steps 1-5 above and then proceed with the following:
1) Click Advanced , and then select the check boxes beside Erase all
application data and Erase all currently installed applications
2) Click Next.
3) Select the check box next to Do not automatically backup the
application data during the loading process (if prompted).
4) Clear the check box next to Backup and restore applications
installed wirelessly (if prompted).
5) Click Next > Finish.
Note: The BlackBerry smartphone will not show a Connected state in the BlackBerry® Desktop Manager. Proceed to open and run the application loader tool.
If BlackBerry Desktop Manager cannot connect to the BlackBerry smartphone, perform the following steps:
1) Remove the battery and run loader.exe from C:\Program
files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader.
2) Remember to reinsert the battery after the loading operations begin.

My phone is not power up. its all software is can i install it?

1. Magically obtain Motorla's RSDLite software (THIS IS WAREZ. I will not provide a link) 2. holt * and # and boot up the phone in programming mode 3. obtain a flash SHX monster pack 4. Flash your phone. This is an extremely dangerous procedure. You could brick your phone if you do this. But your phone's already bricked, so I suggest searching this forum:
