a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: no subwoofer output
A subwoofer is a system which is tapped from a main amplifier, and if that is not working than open and check for a dryjoint, aresistor which attenutes light signals into heavy sounds, or just a jack at the output. thanks

had this problem myself today. did you stick the cd in with a copy of the update files? If you did and that still didnt let you choose upgrade then its probably becuase you have used windows explorer to burn the cd. you need to use nero or roxio or any other after market software. Microsoft has some sort of "copyright protection on their burning software. No idea why they would need to do that besides to annoy the whole universe!

SOURCE: I bought a kenwood dnx
I am glad to HELP YOU!
The problem that you are experiencing with your DNX 5120 is sensitive...
I will try to suggest you a common solution for the locked Kenwood GPS Receivers/DVD Players. Many Kenwood devices are configured with the same security codes:
KCAR - This seems to be a "backdoor" to some Kenwood models.
3051 - This is the security code which is printed in the manual of many Kenwood models.
1234 - This is a security code commonly chosen by Kenwood owners.
For the first indicated code (KCAR) if you have a remote you have to input it like this (notice that the letters correspond to the 5227 digits):
1. Press numeric key "5" ( two times ) and press the Track UP/Next Track key
2. Press numeric key "2" ( three times ) and press the Track UP/Next Track key
3. Press numeric key "2" ( one time ) and press the Track UP/Next Track key
4. Press numeric key "7" ( two times ) and press the Track UP/Next Track key
