Question about Western Digital My Book Essential 1TB External USB 2.0 Hard Drive
I plugged in my Wester Digital My Book Essential Edition 1TB USB 2.0 External Hard Drive, and it backed up my files, but I was told that the AutoSynch and the other program (auto back up or something) are only 30 day trials and I need to enter a product key. No product key came with my product. Please Help!
Having done some research. The drive only comes with a 30-day trial. Basically, if you like it, you must buy it. Upon purchase, you will be issued a product key.

You will need to pay for the product(s) to get product keys.
I recommend a free alternative,. Microsoft SyncToy, which can backup selected folders from your PC then sync to backup whenever changes are made on your PC.
