Question about HP OfficeJet 7410 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I've tried all the unplug and wait routines as well as hold certain keys down at once routines and nothing works. Tried online help desk and their solutions for holding different keys down don't work either. I guess its simply 500.00 down the drain.
Solution one: Check the scanner light
Make a color copy of any document by pressing the
Start Copy Color
button on the control panel. While the product is making the copy,
slightly lift the scanner lid to see if the scanner light is visible.
If the scanner mechanism moves across the scan bed, but the light is not lit,
click here to service the product
Solution two: Check operating conditions
Extreme temperatures can affect the operation of the product. Make sure the operating conditions match those recommended in the
provided with the product.
