I have Singer 5040c machine i was cleaning this machine it was working fine before, but machine is breaking needle all the time ,i can't sew anything, i just remove belt from bottom part cleaned it...


Your machine needs a professional to fix your timing and tune it up. You may have messed up the timing when you took off the belt. It is worth getting it fixed.

No timing belt on machine ok, If machine keeps throwing time, the use of the machine is something I would question first or whoever done timing from the start.
