hi i've got advent 4489 notebook but all of a sudden the cam won't work I've re gone through tools etc but the set up wizard as already set up the first part of it stopping me going back to the beginning of intial setup i can't delete the file as i'l only lose it

have you turn it on by the fn button if you have a user manual it will tell you how to reinstall the cam after you uninstall it if not search on line for the manual for the name and model of you cam it will take you step by step how to solve the problem if it still doesnt work ring the manufacture they should replace it depending on how long the warrenty is for hope this help a little
