HI, this is a failed video card in this case. you can confirm by unplugging the unit for 5 minutes. this will reset the main board. if you continue to experience a no picture situation, you will need to replace the video card in your unit.
Its integrated so, this repair will need to be initiated by Sony techs.
Just to be sure, try to purchase another set of AV cables. this may be the issue. if the new set of AV cable do not fix this issue, replace the Video card.
