Question about Blu Cell Phones
I would like to get my phone fix or replace if possible just don't know if it would cost a thing. I am also on contract also with this phone so I need it replace or something, I've been trying to get it replace for awhile now. when I turn on my phone it turns on but than nothing after that than a white screen comes on than back to the main screen. I call last time than I was told to hold the power button with the up and down button at the same time so I did than theirs this thing that asking me "up for reboot, and down for something " so I do the up button but nothing happens at all it just turns off. I've done this so many time's but nothing. So I need a replace mate.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: iphone wont turn on at all help
Have you tried a hard reset? If this doesn't work, have you tried plugging the phone into iTunes to see if you can do a full restore?

My sister said it happened to her crappo free phone and said that it was from having it charging while at full charge. So idk how to fix it but if you get a new phone try not to do that!

You need to a fresh restore of the iPhone. Hold down the home and power buttons together until the screen goes black. Then while the screen is still black, plug it into your computer WHILE holding down the home button.
At this point iTunes should detect your iPhone and tell you that you need to do a restore.
Hope this helps!
