"No disc" message.
My bedroom TV/DVD combo is only a cheapie, but I really value it. It used to be multi-region, but then the screen started saying, 'no disc' from time to time.. By perservering with the open/close command, it would eventually play. Now, however, it just says 'no disc' constantly. It'll play CD's all day long, but nothing else.
