Konica 7310 system error 3

Error code C-3151 on a Konica Minolta C8000 printer indicates a "Fixing Film Transport Motor Lock Problem." How to reset these codes?

To reset Error codes C0500 and C0501, perform the following steps.

1-Turn the machine "OFF".
2-Press the "STOP" button on the basic panel.
3-Keep the button pressed and turn the machine "ON".
4-Do not release the button, until the machine warm up.
5-After few seconds Error code will remove and machine will reset.Basic menu will show no error on LCD screen.This means error code has been removed and photocopier machine is ready to use.

P51 means "key switch OPEN", look to the right side check the continuity of the Sw.

is it a network error code.
Could mean FTP TX interruption or SMTP connection rejection
check ftp settings are correct

Check option setting in service mode (system 1 or 2 I not sure) turn off jpeg option, reboot.. maybe a failed jpeg board if installed or some other glitch.

this code means the transfer corona is shorting out most common cause is the ts corona terminal on the door needs to be replaced

Ok - the error code is not good. It usually points to a fatal error. I am surprised the tech didn't know - they have documentation on it.

41-3 Error Code is an Optical return problem. The Scanner is not returning back to home position like it should.
A common problem with this model machine is a small black gear on the drive motor cracks or ovals out. If you can locate this gear, you can try placing a drop of super glue on it and see if it will hold. This works if the gear is ovaled out. If it is cracked or split then you will need to replace this gear.
