I have a Welbilt Model ABM4100T Bread Making Machine. I rencently pulled it from storage. The bread always sticks to the kneading blade and when I do get it out, it pulls a big plug out of the loaf. What can I do about this? Question 2: My manual talks about taking the blade out from time to time to clean it; but it doesn't explain how to take the blade out. Can you help? Also, I guess I need to adjust the amount of water I use because every loaf I have baked so far collapses. The last one wasn't as bad. I had cut the water by 1 Tbls. The center of the loaf this time was very flimsy and came apart when I made a sandwich with it.

How can I get an instruction manual for the Welbilt ABM1H70? It was not included with the machine when it was purchased. This is a valid product. I am taking the information from the sticker on the front of the machine.
