SOURCE: No steam

Take it apart, the heater is most likely plugged, use something small enough that you can put in the ports and clean them out. Once they are cleaned out, then use a mix of water and vineager, run that thru it for awhile to clean out the lines.

SOURCE: steam will not eject

Same issue with my model. Heated up but would not produce... I called it SED (Scunci Erectile Disfunction) My doctor prescribed him some lube, and it worked! Now days Im happy to say we share a heathy steamy relationship!

Say goodbye to SED forever with the help from lube! All you have to do is open up the unit, locate the circular brass colored button, apply a squirt of lube (wd-40), create a decent amount of pressure and play with the little button until you notice smooth in-out motions. Put the unit back together and BAM you two will be back to a hot and steamy relationship, just like you had when you first met! ;)

The steam comes out of the water reservoir cap instead of the steam Jet Nozzle.

I can only guess since I have never worked on one of these units, but I think you lost a gasket on the cap. Pressure must build in the reservoir before being forced out the nozzle.

My Bissell Proheat Clearview Force isn't producing steam. The water isn't coming out of the tank

Either an electrical connection to the heater element is broken, or the element itself has become malfunctional. You'd have to dis-assemble the machine to inspect what exactly is the problem, then replace any non-functioning parts.

The plastic housing the handle locks into has cracked. The handle comes out when pulled back with little force.

No Steam after heating up

Sounds like the switch on the handle or the steam release solenoid on the steam chamber is faulty ,use a volt meter/tester to see if you have current to the solenoid when you turn on the switch.

No steam

I used the straw to prime the lines and 50/50 mix of vinager and water and it worked perfectly. I then mixed the water container with the same mix and ran it through the system. All works fine now.
