Sounds like a power supply issue - try to replace the power supply.
Many computer shops - MicroCenter, BestBuy.. The power supply is pretty cheap - 15 to 40 dollars US. Search the power supply sticker.
Could also be a short, so make sure you can return the power supply with no penalty for it's return - if that doesn't fix the issue..

Hope this helps you..

SOURCE: PC Turns On But Doesn't Connect To Monitor, Keyboard, Or Mouse

It sounds like a ram problem, what error beeps are you getting when first booting. The ram will make all fail if faulty, if you have two banks of ram remove one and reboot, if problem the same remove the other and replace the first, If you have boot success it is the ram, has some one told you it was the power because they were wrong, has there been a storm recently, as a last resort I would reset the cmos to default, you will of course need to re-set the boot order etc, let me know how it goes please

Why wont the mouse, keyboard and monitor not work after cpu, pwer supply install...

If the motherboard used to work with the old cpu and power supply, but does not with the new cpu and power supply, then probably the cpu or power supply is bad.
Why did you change the cpu and power supply?
If the power supply went bad, it could have overloaded the mother board as well as the old cpu.
If you think the old cpu went bad, how do you know it was not actually the motherboard that went bad?
All I can suggest is that you double check all the connections.
If you have USB mouse and keyboard, try a DIN connected pair.
If you are using the onboard graphics, try a PCI express card instead.
Tell us if there is any front light activity from the power switch, drive, etc.?

Monitor on power save mode and using wireless keyboard and mouse

This sounds like the monitor is not reading a signal from the computer. I had the same problem when I installed a DIV cable from my old VGA cable. The video card was still sending the signal via VGA port instead of the DVI port of my video card. You should cheack the cable to you're computer and what port is being used. If everything is hooked up correctly then there might be a problem with the cable. Other then that it could be you're video card. If the hard drive is running and everything is running fine then what I said should be whats wrong. If nothing works go back to the shope and tell them the new problem you have.

My monitor says there is no signal from my new Dell Studio

Try reseating the video card in your new computer. Sounds like it may not be seating in the slot properly. Take it out and put it back in with the power off and then hook everything back up and then see if you get video,.

I have a pcchips m848a motherboard I don't get a signal from my viedo card , i tried 3 prossessers, two viedo cards (agp),two power supplys, the fans work and i get a low quiet beep on start or reset and...

I just recalled an instance where I had to clear the CMOS with the jumper block before being able to post a machine similar to yours.

Check your mobo manual for the CMOS reset jumper location and switch it as directed, power up the machine briefly, power it off, replace the jumper to the original location, power the machine back on.

Did it post this time?

Power supply

There wouldn't be anything from the PSU giving power to your keyboard and mouse. The mobo handles that unless your giving your mobo the wrong amount it needs which might be why your P2P and USB arn't working. Although it is odd that your mouse isn't working with P2P as that requires less power.

Check the power supply on the PC. Make sure it working. When you first plug in the power to the power supply unit, the fan should "Jump" alittle.
