Bill honestly if your not getting code PO38 something on the MIL light isn't on .I would look at the fuel supply air supply .
Every engine needs 3 things to run electrical spark you have that AIR supply and Fuel supply .
Fuel pumps tend to last 10 years in chevys but take the fuel filter off stick the line comeing from the tank into a plastic soda bottle turn the key to run this will start the fuel pump see how much fuel you get in 10 seconds then you can estamate gal per minuite this pump puts out 66 lbs pressure bolth ways feed and return .
Off hand don't know the spec for fuel flow but its high you should get a lot fast .Its fuel

Fuel warning light on


its 1 of 2 things.
1: the fuel is low, use a dip stick, if gauge reads ok.
2; or the tank sender is bad, but gauge reads wrong.
3: the guage wire is disconnected, cut or corroded connections.

Model #ss313 new starts at 75 psi and cuts off at 115psi. how do I turn it up?


depends on rating usually you cant as this will damage the motor as you be placing too much torque on it

I recently replaced the engine on my Citroen c4 2005 model, now the warning lights stay on, the engine overheat, abs and anti pollution warning lights stay on.


The problem for engine overheating rise due to insufficient refrigerant. Try recharging the refrigerant tank with fresh refrigerant and water. If the refrigerant in the tank is of poor quality then also engine overheat.

The reason for ABS light to come may be due to air in the brake fluid line. Try brake bleeding to remove the air bubbles. Also the faulty brake actuator line may cause the problem. Check for actuators on each wheel.

Pollution warning light comes on if the exhaust system not works properly. Check for faulty Oxygen sensor or faulty catalytic convertor.

Tank full warning light keeps coming on i empty the tank and it turns off still and gives me the same warning what is the problem ? very very upset with it


I believe there is a weight sensing switch on the bottom of the unit where the tank goes. Remove the tank and lift the plate, it is probably stuck in the down position.

It'll be perfectly fine. Wear safety glasses with them nail guns, they can really send a nail flying.

Faulty warning light


You will see a switch with a wiring connector plugged into the radiators side tank at the right side. That is the low coolant switch

Water cooled packaged system has a psi reading of 75 when the compressor is off. when it kicks on the psi goes to 115. On another unit the reading is 65psi with the compressor off and 105psi when it kicks...


The gauge could be slightly out of calibration. With the compressor off, and both units exposed to nearly the same temperature of air & water, the pressures will be virtually the same, even if the one system has slightly more refrigerant than the other. Again, this is assuming the units have the same type of refrigerant and are exposed to the same air and water temps.
I advise leaving the refrigerant alone (especially if you are not EPA certified) and start with ensuring you have a clean air filter, clean coils, proper air flowing across the air coil and proper water flow flowing across the water coil.

I'm going to share a trick.........a refrigerant tank with either a slight amount of liquid or a lot of liquid, can be identified by comparing the saturated liquid temperature (using a Pressure/Temperature chart) and the ambient temperature of the air which the tank is stored. Your ac, though it has lines, coils, etc, is a sealed system with saturated liquid and gas. That said, as long as they are exposed to the same ambient temperatures, the pressures (without the compressor running ie: OFF) will be equal. One of the two gauges is off 10psig.

Without being onsite with toolbox in hand, I hope this information is very helpful to you moving forward. :-)
