Question about HP Officejet Pro L7680 All-In-One Printer
I replaced the black cartridge, cleaned the printer heads, and ran the alignment and I keep getting an alignment error. The page comes thru completely blank even though it shows that I have a full cartridge of ink. What can I do?
You need to reset the printer using the # and the number 6 buttons and while holding down the buttons plug in the power cord.See if it works else try the same with # and the number 9.
