Question about Brother "hl-4570cdw color laser printer with wireless network"
After removing the replaceable components inside my printer to clean it, I am getting a "No Waste Toner Box" message. I have re-installed the waste toner box multiple times but the message will not go away

with machine on, open front cover, press the "options" button, you should see "replace drum?" press the "start" key then 1 then 0. display should show accepted for a couple of secs. then show cover open. close front cover and message should be gone. if not, you will have to contact Brother.

try opening front door, press "options" then "start" then "1" and "0". if screen shows accepted, you're good to go. close front cover.

I spoke with Brother and one of the options was to open the cover, push options, push start, and then 1, then 1 again. If accept comes up, select. Then close cover and try again.
