Inlet valve is stuck open. remove the front plate and locate the inlet valve in the front at the bottom. shut off the water supply and unplug the brewer. remove the nut and solenoid, and, using a crescent wrench, remove the valve shaft. take out the small metal plunger with the spring and stretch out the spring a bit. clean out any residue and put it all back together.

I have a ge washer that trips the breaker when it starts to agitate. I've replaced the belt but still trips breaker it spins and drains on that setting put soon as it fills, starts the breaker goes

Once a breaker "trips", it is more-likely to trip the next time at lower voltage/wattage levels. Hire an electrician to replace the breaker.

Viking DFB450 Tripping breaker in pots and Pans, normal, econo, cycle after prewash drains and fill. Heater or pump/motor bad? Does the pump have 2 speeds?

Dave,

You may have a bad breaker. Have you tried replacing the breaker? I would not think you heating element was bad unless it didn't heat up. If the pump works at all then the pump should be ok. If it does not work and you have power going to the pump motor then it may be causing a phase to ground resulting in the tripped breaker.

Hello, after the first fill it will trip the circut, I have tried what I believe to be a different circut with the same result. Washer still full of water, please help.. Thank you for any help. Model# ...

Check to see if this may be caused by a Ground Fault Interrupter. If water has gotten into the electrical system of the machine, this will continue to trip until the fault location has dried out and no longer causing electrical leakage. If this is a standard breaker that is tripping, this would mean you have a shorted motor causing it to draw excessive current.
The combination breaker/GFI can itself fail; I replaced several of these after only a few years of service.

How new is unit? Looks like a portable. if it has a 3 prong plug, it sounds like the compressor is shorted to ground, tripping breaker. If its new, return it, if not, junk it

Mitsubishi Mr. Slim breaker continuously trips

Sounds like you're on the right track. Might as well replace the , inexpensive, gfi while doing so. With power off make sure all connections are tight. Electrical tape is a wonderful thing. Good luck!!
