SOURCE: What's your problem?GE Model # GDL20KCSABS clicking sound Clicking sound

The clicking noise would generally be the overload on the compresser. Which means the compresser is locked up and unable to pump and needs to be replaced. Sorry You can install a 3in1 hard start which may free the compresser rotor and give you a little more time out of it but will need to be replaced eventually Good luck

You probably have a defrost problem -accumulation of frost on the freezer back panel. check for frost first then ask additional questions.
if no frost exist, check the condenser motor under the fridge and also clean the coils.

GE 23.5 Model # TFF24RC Makes Noise, Won't freeze, center post gets very hot.

If this is an older unit, take the rear panel off and check the condenser coils in the back on the back of the refrigerator, and check to see if the fan is running back there or if anything is block the fan from running, if nothing is blocking it and its not running this is a bad condenser fan, if it is running check to see how dirty the coils are, if they are really dirty take vacuum or brush and clean them should fix your problem.

GE refrigerator Model GTS18FBSARWW Don't have manual, as it came w/the condo. Don't know how to clean the coils or how to get to them, either. Thanks.

The condenser coil is located underneath the refrigerator on most models. YOu can access it from the front, or in some cases, in the rear. To access it from the rear, after pulling it away from the wall, you will have to remove the machine compartment cover screws and the cover itself. If it is the type i believe it is, it is called a no-clean condenser, but they still need occasional cleaning. It will be a barrel shaped condenser on the right side of the machine compartment. A good refrigerator tip for anyone looking to clean the condenser is to make sure you turn the fridge off or unplug before cleaning it.

Not cooling as well as it has took the front off and saw ice on the front

Clean both condenser and evap. coils
For a start
Dirty or clogged condenser coils will prevent coils from
removing heat thus ice forms. reducing air flow

Ge window unit 5000 btu it on all day feels hot air some times frozen by the condenser

Remove from window and remove the case, and clean it with a water hose, and do not bend the fins on the evaporator ,or condenser coils with the water hose pressure, but make sure the inside, and the coils are clean. The coils need to have all dirt and debris removed .

Can't find refrigerator coils/ cooling issues

There're two coils ,the condenser coil wich you already clean (also make sure the condensing fan motor works properly and the fan blades are also clean). The other is the evaporator coil wich is located inside the freezer behind the back wall cover.

GE side by side refrigerator

Try pulling toe plate at bottom front and clean the condenser coils. If they are plugged, it will cause this to get hot. If you can't see coils in front remove back panel and clean coils there.. Give it time after cleaning to see if it helped. If no change, remove back panel and check to see if fan is turning when the compressor is on.
Also check for something caught in fan blade, such as a dead mouse or a dead coupon. If fan isn't turning, may need condenser fan motor. If still need help, give us a model number. Found in refrigerator compartment at top on side walls.
